Tidal Clanger, a robot that was designed as a squid and crab-like hybrid. Eggman has a equipped a cryogenic compound which allows him to easily freeze his opponents at a very low temperature. Due to this, the robot has mastered the element of water, using it as a main tool for his purposes. He appeared in Sonic and the Steel of Darkness.
